Well, we are right in the middle of a message series called God With Us. god-with-us-web-image-570x260 We’re focusing on the name and title given to Jesus of Immanuel (meaning “God with us”) and the significance that carries for us as his followers in this Christmas season. There’s already been some very powerful teaching in the past two messages, and I’m sure there will be even more powerful teaching to come in the final two messages as we talk about God being with us as his created people, and God being with us specifically, valuing us, loving us, and desiring a relationship with us.

One of the cool things that Suncrest does is offer all of our messages for free online. Anytime you miss a message, you can catch it online right here. Hopefully, this is a great resource for you to continue growing in your relationship with Christ and also to help you stay connected with what’s happening in the life of our church, even when you aren’t able to join us on a Sunday. It’s also great because should you ever want to share a message with a friend or family member, it’s right here online. Literally, it is just one e-mail, Facebook post, tweet, or text message away.

I find these especially helpful for me when there’s just a message topic that I’m really needing to ruminate on throughout the week. I can grab a CD, pop it in, and listen to it as I drive to and from work, the gym, grocery shopping, wherever. It’s a great way for me to take what we talked about on Sunday beyond Sunday and to hopefully help me integrate it into my daily life as I go throughout the week.

So there you have it! A few quick and easy ways for you to stay connected with our teaching and with our church. I hope this is helpful to you as we continue to worship God’s Son in this Christmas season!
